What is Counselling?

Counsellling provides a safe, confidential space to talk about concerns or challenges in your life. A counsellor listens without judgement and offers support as you explore and work through your thoughts and emotions.

How Many Session will I Need?

The number of sessions varies for each person. Some find a few sessions helpful, while others prefer longer-term support. You and your counsellor can decide what feels best for you.

What is Faith-Based Counselling?

Faith-based counselling integrates a practitioner’s understanding of spiritual or faith perspectives in a way that is guided entirely by your preferences. You remain in control of whether faith-related topics are explored. This approach can support clients who wish to consider their values, beliefs, and sense of meaning as part of their counselling process, while remaining respectful, client-led, and inclusive of all backgrounds.

What Happens in a Counselling Session?

Sessions are collaborative and guided by what feels most important to you. Your counsellor will listen carefully and ask reflective questions to help better understand your experiences. Counselling proceeds at a pace that supports safety, respect, and your personal goals. To help you better understand whether counselling is right for you, we offer a free meet and greet session with your counsellor.
